Billing and plan Issue

Hey I am on the Legacy Hobby Plan but i am receiving charges on my last invoice .
I have one node app on a shared-cpu-1x@1024MB (2machines)
and one postgress db on a shared-cpu-1x@256MB 1GB (1machine)

The invoice details says that the charge occurs due to:
164901 GB/s × VM: Additional RAM (at $0.00000193 / month)

I having trouble undestanding why is that .

Well, the included free machines for Hobby and Legacy Hobby only includes shared-cpu-1x 256mb - I would presume that since you have 2 of them at 1024, it’s billing you for the extra RAM that’s not covered?
