Add `--select` flag or equivalent to `fly volumes destroy` and friends

So that we don’t have to go back and forth between list and destroy?

By “friends”, I mean all the commands that need an ID.
For me, it would be perfect if I got the select screen without even typing --select.

We’ve just released flyctl v0.1.90 which adds interactive select for volumes commands ( destroy , extend , fork , and show). Enjoy! :tada:
