Account Issue: Cannot use my proper email with Grafana

My issue is the email I wan’t to use (me@atri.dad) was used in an older deleted account. Grafana was not working since I assume it was still tied to that account. It worked when I changed my email to an alias I made (fly@atri.dad). Ideally I would wan’t to use the original one. Can records of the old account be wiped so I can go back to my OG email? I asked this before but it wasn’t answered in 7 days and got locked :frowning:

Hi @atridad, yes this is a known bug in our hosted Grafana that occurs when users reuse email address on a new account- I’ve updated the record of the old account so this should work for you now. Sorry for the inconvenience!
