I deploy an app in hkg. I tested two local ISPs, one routing to sin and one routing to nrt. The route to sin is slow but accessible (300ms), the route to nrt is nearly unaccessible (timeout).
I don’t know much about network infrastructure, is there anything I can do to help improve the network situation?
