T Star Tel ( Taiwan Province ) can't routed to HKG

Hey, I am hosting a dns application on fly.io.

It has some users in Taiwan, China.

Some users reported that the delay is too high when using the network provided by T Star Tel (AS24157).
They seem to be routed to Seattle.

I think routing it to Hong Kong will have a better experience. (around ~30 ms)
Can you try the route to Hong Kong?
