I noticed in other threads there’s an ongoing issue - also ran into deployment issues 24 hours ago. Seems it’s a tough week for your infra team 
Just wanted to flag there seems to be something up with SSL issuance as well.
Got two separate apps that I’ve added second domains to. Both are verified but are awaiting certificates and have been that way for quite a while now.
