Setting billing limit?

Hello, I made the following post on Reddit: Any recommendations for easy Rails hosting? : r/rails

Many said Fly.io is a good choice for first hosting. But one thing worries me, while I most likely won’t even reach the basic $5 billing, I would prefer to know upfront that I won’t be billed above let say $7. Is there a way to ensure costs won’t go above certain limits on Fly.io or is it all necessarily dynamic?
