I know this has been talked about in the past, but has there been any development on how we can set a billing limit for the pay as you go plan? Really worried about a DOS attack blowing up my bill, or even an accident while configuring my infrastructure. All the big ones have this feature (Azure, AWS, etc), so can we open a formal request for this? At the bare minimum some kind of alert.

Hello, I made the following post on Reddit: Any recommendations for easy Rails hosting? : r/rails Many said Fly.io is a good choice for first hosting. But one thing worries me, while I most likely won’t even reach the basic $5 billing, I would prefer to know upfront that I won’t be billed above let say $7. Is there a way to ensure costs won’t go above certain limits on Fly.io or is it all necessarily dynamic?

Billing Clarification - Legacy Hobby Plan - Growing Usage

Hello, I read a few topics about billing and specifically about my concerns but I’m still a bit confused so I’d like to describe my case and hope that someone would be able to answer. I am on the Legacy Hobby Plan and, as I understand, bills under $5 are being waived each month. But, my hobby apps are beginning to grow and the bill each month is becoming larger. So, I started to wonder, what happens after the $5 threshold? Do I get billed or does my account (organization/apps) get suspended …

How can I place a billing limit on my account?

I am using the free tier, but I want to prevent going beyond that and being charged. How do I do this?
