Repo Refresh - Streamlit

Hi - I have a Streamlit app I’m looking to deploy. It’s built on 1.22.0. The latest version is 1.23.0. The latest version in the fly.io repo is 1.12.0. Is there a deployment approach I can take to use the version my app requires? Does fly.io regularly refresh it’s repo?
