Deploy /update from Github

I have migrated my app from Heroku. On Heroku it was connected to my fork on Github. This way it could easy be updated and new deployed. Is this also possible on Fly?

It is a Fork of GitHub - nightscout/cgm-remote-monitor: nightscout web monitor

I would like to now, how to update and how to freshly build an app.
