region request: Seoul

Hi Fly.io team :waving_hand:

I’m currently operating multiple Phoenix LiveView applications on Fly, targeting Korean users. While Fly’s developer experience and simplicity are outstanding, the latency from Korea to the NRT region (Tokyo) feels noticeably slow, especially for complex LiveView interactions.

In real-world usage, LiveView’s real-time UX suffers due to the roundtrip delays—even though the infrastructure is working perfectly. A Seoul region would make a huge difference for users in Korea.

There’s been mention of a Seoul region since 2021, and we’re still eagerly waiting. Any updates or plans you can share?
