I had two apps, both are with 256M ram. Before I scale up one app to use 512M ram, I scaled the other to 0 instance (dead). Apparently, after a while, the ram usage still counts as the sum of both apps and charge me for that. Not big a deal, just found this is not right. Can someone explain the reason behind this or if it is a bug?
