RAM included in free tier?

I see that under free-tier I can have three VM’s. Would that mean I can run three shared-cpu-1x VM’s with each having 1GB of RAM?

I think more RAM is billed separately. (Saying as I saw the billing plan change for us when we switched to 1GB RAM)

Correct, the free tier includes 8,436,960 seconds of shared-cpu-1x with the base RAM. RAM upgrades cost money.

You mean my apps have 256Mb of RAM?
