Pg cluster and redis not alive

Hello!
since the outage resolved thank’s to the teams :clap: , our pg cluster and redis are still down.
if there is any thing we can do for our side to bring up them back in the game.

 fly status --app database
Update available 0.0.246 -> v0.0.247
Run "flyctl version update" to upgrade
App

  Version  = 41                
  Status   = running           
  Hostname = database.fly.dev
