Hey there - our database cluster is completely inaccessibly and we’ve tried restarting it and it is just hanging at Setting up volume 'pg_data'
. IAD and ORD regions. I know there is a partial outage but for us this is a complete outage.

Yep, this has fully taken down our production app too. Irony is that it was an auto scale, which scaled to 0 instances.
Our scheduler went down which created a huge backlog of VM operations we need to process to get back to normal. I can restart your PG apps directly though. Can you post the names here or send an email to support@fly.io?
