Outage, now domain certificate isn't working, site points to different ISP now

Hello,
I woke up to my site www.isen-ect.org showing my old website from 2 years ago hosted at my old ISP. Something happened to my certificate on FLY.io. I am trying to figure out what is happening, why it happened and how to keep it from happening again. My site is essentially not accessible.

this sounds more like a DNS configuration issue than a certificate issue. what troubleshooting have you already done to track this down?

I would agree with the DNS config. I saw outage and immediately assumed fly.io. Still investigating. I’ve deleted and reissued cert on fly and it’s verified which is odd. I reset cname records on hosting provider, but url still showing old site.

Old site: https://www.isen-ect.org
fly site: https://isen-ect.fly.dev

Hi moscarillo, I’m currently seeing the DNS entry for www.isen-ect.org resolve to an A record for 69.16.239.20, which is not an IP address that we own. That IP belongs to LiquidWeb hosting. There must have been a problem with whoever you’re using for DNS services. You need to either set a CNAME record for www.isen-ect.org to isen-ect.fly.dev, or an A record to 37.16.3.184.

Yes, changing A records hosted with LiquidWeb fixed it. Thank you for the response!!
