No longer have access to device for 2FA

I can’t access my account due to 2FA tokens no being received. Is there a way to reset this so I can get access to my account? I could only find a way to reset a password by I still can’t login w/o access to the 2FA token. I created another account to post this question but I’d really like to get my old account w/ apps back. Thanks for your help.
