I’ve recently added 2FA Authentication to my Fly.io account, after a successful setup I didn’t get any backup codes. Is this normal ? If so, what happens if a user doesn’t have access to his 2FA code ?
we currently don’t have backup codes for our 2FA, but we’re definitely interested in getting this set up-- lockouts are no fun!
If you do get locked out, send an email to support@fly.io and we’ll help get you sorted 
Is this still the case that there’s no backup codes? I’ve been looking for a couple of days now, wondering how I could be so stupid as to not keep them - but maybe I just never had them in the first place?
We do provide backup codes when people setup 2fa. I don’t remember exactly when this shipped, but it’s possible we didn’t when you activated yours.
