Hey, I sent an email to billing@fly.io like a month and a half ago about this but they told me I didn’t have support because I’m at hobby plan. I changed my card and I’m still mark as high risk. What can I do?
Hi, can you send another email to billing@fly.io? That mailbox is monitored and does not require a plan to use. support@fly.io is the one that is unmonitored, as email support requires a plan.
