Migrating Postgres from Render to Fly

I’m looking to migrate my database of about ~100GB from Render to Fly, is there any recommended way of how to do this?

I tried a plain pgdump from my Render Postgres earlier and it took about 8 hours (presumably because of network bottleneck. Database is in Oregon, I’m in Europe).

I realized this may not be strictly Fly.io related, but figured someone might have done the same thing and have some experience.

Would appreciate any support!
