LAX <> LHR packet loss/issues?

Since ~06:45 UTC I’ve noticed issues between LAX and LHR. Currently it looks like 30%>60% packet loss for private networking ping6 between a LAX app VM and a LHR app VM.

The LAX ssh console also appears to be dropping periodically. This doesn’t occur when I ssh console to the same app’s VM in LHR; there may be a problem (DC or host specific?) re: LAX routing/connectivity.

It appears we do have some transit issues between LHR and LAX (and a few other regions)! I’m working with our transit providers to narrow down the cause of this and will update the status page to reflect the ongoing incident.
