Is outgoing data transfer to Tigris free? (Same region)

Hi, my question is if outgoing data from a Fly.io machine to Tigris Object Storage on the same region will incur any cost.

AWS EC2 to S3 (Same region) is free, so I want to know if this would be the same story with Fly+Tigris.
They use the same infra, so I assume this could also be the case as other cloud providers

e.g.
User upload an image → Resize an image (Phoenix on a Fly machine) —> Save it to Tigirs on the same region

Data transfer to/from Fly machine to Tigris is free.
