HTTP Cache Ratios 👀 ??

I was looking at the monitoring page and saw something new:

I looked in the docs and couldn’t find anything. But this gives me the feeling there may be a new CDN-like HTTP caching feature I’m unaware of which has me kinda excited. Can anyone confirm what this metric is for?
