How do I deploy a custom node/react app?

I’m totally new to Fly.io. I have a ExpressJS/React app with a frontend/ folder (containing my react components, index.js, etc.) and a backend/ folder (containing server.js and such). It’s not really clear from the quickstart how I can put this up with Fly.io. Can anyone offer some guidance?
