How can I remove a lock on my app?

migrate-to-v2 failed because:

failed while migrating: unfortunately the worker hosting your volume vol_1g67340j8ymrydxw (data) does not have capacity for another volume to support the migration

now my app is locked and I cannot try again:

I suspect the lock was left because the first migration attempt did not cleanup correctly.

I could just wait, but is there a way to release the lock? I did not find anything in the docs.
