Hobby Plan pricing clarification

Hello, I recently started using Fly’s services, I read the pricing and scaling pages in the documentation, and I got some questions.

  1. If a free or paid wm in Hobby Plan reaches the limits of the allowances, will it charge anything automatically if I added a payment method?

  2. For example, a wm reaches any of the limits. (shared-cpu-1x, 256MB, $1.94/mo)
    Will it stop working or scale up to use more resources (paid)?

  3. Are there email notifications if a wm stopped or reached its limits?

By the limits, I mean the ram, storage, and bandwidth usage.

Based on the scaling docs I’d assume it will stop working if you have not set the autoscaling, but you never know, so please give a reliable answer to this.
