Github action stuck forever and unable to pull image during fly deploy

I can deploy from my local machine but not from the GH action. The GH action just hangs forever, and the monitoring logs show the image is not found.

Hi @akutruff , could you retry the deployment if you haven’t already? (We’ve addressed a degraded host in iad.)
