Getting Error: We need your payment information to continue

During launch of my first app for testing purposes , I got this error. So I tried adding my card but then the card was declined(PFA), I checked with my bank account and they say all is enabled from my end. The issue is with the merchant, i.e., Fly.io . I only have one card, and that was declined. Please add some credits at least to my account so I can test this hosting service. There is not a dearth of alternatives.

Hi – Unfortunately Stripe, our payment processor, doesn’t provide any information about declined cards. If it is a prepaid card, sometimes you can use it to purchase credits in advance, even if the card is declined when creating the app.
