"fly launch" failed, can't delete app

I ran “fly launch” to deploy an app for the first time but the deploy failed. The app doesn’t show up in my dashboard and now the name I used can’t be re-used because of this “invisible” app. How can I delete this “invisible” app?

What’s fly apps list show you? Does the app appear there?

Do you have other apps in your organization? (Perhaps a lot of apps?) Sounds like no, but I wanted to confirm.

Ah thanks for the help! I found the app and was able to delete it from there.
