Currently our Github actions fails with "Error: failed to fetch an image or build from source: error connecting to docker: remote builder app unavailable", so either it is the same issue as this or Issues with fly deploy - #6 by simonelnahas that is linked as the same. Just wondering if you recoment others to destroy their builders and if there are any risks in that.
