Does the "Standard Support" package cover all organizations in my account?

I just created my account and have two organizations, the default “Personal” and a new organization I created for my solo business projects. Both are me as a single developer, mainly just using two organizations to separate billing across two different credit cards.

If I sign up for a support package, will I get support for both organizations under my account, or is it something designed to be purchased per organization?
