Does Fly charge you for a second ipv4 address

Hi.

I need two ipv4 addresses for both containers on my account. I added one successfully. When adding a second one fly.io says that I need payment information added to my account. Does it charge you for a second ipv4 address or does it simply mean I can have a second ipv4 for free If they have payment details for me on file but nothing will be charged?

Fly will (or, plans to) charge for all dedicated IPv4 addresses starting this month: Announcement: Shared Anycast IPv4 - #3 by kurt

And yes, they’ve always charged for a 2nd dedicated IPv4 for as long as I remember.
