Deployment stuck on "Monitoring deployment"

Version is already showing 222 but the VMs don’t get replaced by VMs with the new version Am I doing something wrong?

It’s working now, but the fly deploy step took 6m 33s whereas a deploy usually takes 2 mins or so.
