Concern Regarding Payment Process Issue and Double Capture in Service

I’ve already checked the transactions with my debit card provider, and everything appears to be in order on my end. The issue likely lies with the Payment Gateway or Service Provider.

While I understand that I accidentally captured the test transaction twice, I’m puzzled as to why the system allowed this in the first place. Ideally, the system should prevent a second capture if one has already been done.

I’ve really liked this service a lot, and I wouldn’t hesitate to pay this fee if it wasn’t free. However, I can accept what happened.
