Changing ENVs doesn’t redeploy apps
It is still 14V in my applications, but it should be 15V. I need to manually deploy my app to see changes. Is it ok?
I can see in our logs that v15 was created but waited a long time for VMs to start, though I don’t know why yet. Several subsequent deploys worked. Are you still having issues?

For this application, after the next command flyctl secrets set…, there will be the same behaviour… apps aren’t deployed. It needs to I manually deploy to apply the changes
