I created a Fly account with a SimpleLogin alias but billing is blocked on that account because Stripe thinks it’s a fraudulent signup. The Discourse username associated with that account is @arun_1.
I contacted Fly support a long time ago but never heard back. The relevant post is here:
So I ended up creating a new account using my regular email address, with the same credit card, and it worked fine. But I prefer to use the Discourse username @arun_1. So, could an admin change the old account’s username to something else and then set the current account’s to @arun_1? Thanks for considering!
Yup, I don’t need two accounts. The former Fly account (definitely_ecrire@aleeas.com) and the corresponding Discourse account (@arun_1) can be deleted.
