Cannot destroy remote builder nor deploy as it is stuck

When attempting to destroy the builder I get

Error unhandled upstream service error: error renaming lv: error creating volume: Existing logical volume "app_115340_machine_data_46960" not found in volume group "data_0"

Cannot deploy at all, even new apps in different regions get stuck in Waiting for remote builder.

Ok, I cleared it out for you. Sorry about there. There’s some state bug we haven’t tracked down yet.
