Cannot delete Redis instance

Hi,
I started using fly.io about 2 weeks ago.
So far, I have deployed/deleted the Redis instance multiple times with no issues.

Then, today, when I tried to delete the Redis instance, I was getting error. I didn’t do anything special… I just tried to delete it in the dashboard (that’s usually how I have deleted applications).
Tried “flyctl destroy” command as well and still didn’t work (same error).

The following is what happened:

  1. Deployed Redis on Fly.io (see Redis on Fly)
  2. Deployed a web app (Remix app) that talks to Redis. (see Deploy a Remix Application)
  3. A few hours later, deleted the web app. It was successfully deleted (as always).
  4. Tried to delete Redis app. Error occurred.

According to the error message (below), it seems some sort of system error occurred. This is a system glitch? If you are the Fly.io admin, would you take a look?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Resolved

Finally, I was able to delete it.
Here’s what I tried:

  1. Run the following command to set the VM resource count to zero:
    flyctl scale count 0

  2. Then, on dashboard, the instance state will become “dead”.
  3. Now, it can be deleted by clicking the Delete button.
