There isn’t a free plan any more, unfortunately. There is, for now, a company decision not to collect bills below 5USD, but that’s not quite the same thing.
I don’t quite know how Discord bots work, but I should think that one bot process could carry out several bot tasks in parallel. If this is the case, you could add several bots in one small/free Fly machine. What documentation or repository are you using?
