Best way to import data (not ddl) from Google Cloud SQL into Fly.io Postgres

Hi,

What is the best way (or ways) to import data from an existing Google Cloud SQL Postgres instance?
All relevant tables already exist in my Fly’s Postgres app, so no need to run create table and similar statements.
