authentication gives error

When try to create token in org, I got this error:
You hit a Fly API error with request ID: 01J32XWZA9084G0KK4PE4MM295-ams

I tried to login with cli
I says ok

When I run fly doctor it gives error again

fly doctor                                                                                                                                                       
Testing authentication token... FAILED
(Error: can't verify access token: You must be authenticated to view this.)

We can't authenticate you with your current authentication token.

Run 'flyctl auth login' to get a working token, or 'flyctl auth signup' if you've
never signed up before.
