App stuck in pending after automatic deployment

I noticed my app started erroring out this morning after an automatic deployment (not initiated by me). It looks like all DNS resolutions have suddenly started failing? I haven’t made any changes to DNS for several months.

If I try force a deploy I get:

WARN Failed to start remote builder heartbeat: upstream service is unavailable
Error failed to fetch an image or build from source: upstream service is unavailable

Is there an ongoing issue at the moment?

FWIW, My app was in JNB but I’ve now attempted to move it to LHR to see if that works. No joy just yet.

Seems like everything recovered automatically in the past hour.

This was related to a recent incident on JNB:

Should be fixed now!

Thanks for this @lubien ! I was trying to find a status page from the app but had no luck. I’ve bookmarked this now!
