After re-creating app: "no known healthy instances found for route tcp/443"

For my app vlcn-live-examples I’m now receiving

Failed to proxy HTTP request (error: no known healthy instances found for route tcp/443. (hint: is your app shutdown? is there an ongoing deployment with a volume or using the 'immediate' strategy? if not, this could be a delayed state issue)). Retrying in 1000 ms (attempt 10)

any time someone makes a request to the app.

This started today after deploying.

making a new app with exactly the same config but named vlcn-live-examples2 and it works.

Would like to reclaim the old name, however.

The original app seems to be working again :man_shrugging:
