Adding more admins to my organization?

I need to make more people admins of my organization, in particular so that the person who has the credit card can set up billing and make the org usable. Looking around the forum, it seemed like that required emailing support@fly.io, but I haven’t received any response from there.

Did I miss a self-service option for this? If not, what’s the current process for getting more admins set, so that we can start using fly?

support@fly.io is the right path for this, you just caught us the same weekend billing ran so we’re behind on those requests today! We’ll get you going soon.
