Urgent: Proxy Load Balancing Failure - Request Assistance

Hi Fly.io Community,

We’re experiencing critical issues with the Fly.io proxy since this morning. Almost all of our requests are failing with errors like the one below:

proxy[148e474fd52738] mad [error][PR04] could not find a good candidate within 21 attempts at load balancing

All of our VMs show as healthy and in perfect working order. I’ve tried moving machines across zones, but the issue persists, with no change in behavior.

Is anyone else facing this problem, or does anyone have insights into a workaround or solution? This issue is seriously impacting our operations, and any advice would be hugely appreciated.

I’ve tried also moving all of my machines to a US region (they were in LHR) but it’s not working. The proxy still fails to route the request.
