Upstash Redis supported in all regions

Hello All :wave:

We are pleased to announce that Upstash Redis is now supported in all regions available on Fly.io. The newly supported regions are:
bog, bom, bos, eze, gig, otp, phx and qro.

This allows you to create a Redis instance collocated with your app, wherever your app is located within the Fly network. As Fly expands its network, we will continue to offer Redis support in new regions.
