When we launched the private beta of Tigris Global Storage, we were not yet clear on the data transfer pricing, so we marked it as TBD in our pricing docs. We also promised to provide an update on the data transfer pricing soon.
Well, we do have an update for you now. We have finalized most of the pricing for data transfer. You don’t pay for data transfer in the following cases:
- Data transfer out to the internet is free.
- Data transfer in from the internet is free.
- Data transfer to machines in the same region is free.
We have also updated our pricing docs to reflect these changes and looking forward to feedback and comments.
