Unable to scale, maximum number of machines

Hey,
i can neither scale type nor count of my apps machines.
It’s most likely due to my trust level? I already deposited more than thrice the amount i use monthly.

[user@fedora proxy]$ fly scale vm performance-2x
Updating machine uuid
Error: could not update machine uuid: failed to update VM uuid: You have reached the maximum number of machines for this app.
