Unable to delete organizations

I setup a parent organization and created other organizations that I linked to the parent.

I then decided to delete all these, starting with the linked organizations.

I was able to delete the linked organizations, but when I went to delete the parent organization it gives me the following error:

Error: failed deleting organization Cannot delete an organization that still has linked organizations: linked organization 1, 2, 3

How can I fix this?

Those linked organizations no longer exist, but somehow the parent organization didn’t get the memo.
