it looks like you set up required SSO on your Fly organization, and then either left the github organization or removed the github app from it (or the organization id is wrong).

Indeed, I must have the wrong ID entered and then, in panic mode, deleted the github app, thinking this would reset the process but nope 
– can this be reset like in the related issue? Thank you!
Hey there. Since removing SSO is a big security deal can you mail billing@fly.io so folks verify your ownership before I can clear that?

Closing the loop in this one, this was completed after a Stripe verification process and a bit of emailing with the Billing department, thanks all for listening and adding your insight!
